At first sight it might look as a simple question, but when asked about it we stop and think and really it's not that easy to define it !

So, if you have to define HAPPINESS in a sentence how would it be like? Would it be happiness as a state of mind? A state of being? Is it determined by something? Is it linked to anything? Is it something we search for all of our life, or we have it within ourselves all the time? Is it dependent on something, or someone? Is it more material, or is it more spiritual? Is it something we can control, or is it beyond our strength? Is it real, or is it an illusion... ? What makes you HAPPY? 

I would like to get a sincere answer about this question, whatever comes to your mind, whatever happiness means to you, whatever you feel it is just write it down..
