For all of you my friends out there who are seeking to master their english second language you should do this: 

1- forget about all the traditional educational ways to learn English,  you need some creative ways to learn faster and better and of course in shorter time.

2- stop stuffing your head with Grammer rules and structures, native speakers sometimes make Grammer mistakes !!

3-listen and listen and listen try to submerge your self with English audios whenever you're in work break try to listen to some easy english, listen to english songs in your car or in your headphones,  watch English movies with English subtitles to enhance your listening and expanding your vocabularies. 

4- practice speaking english don't get embarrassed with your hesitation or muttering it's normal for you to mutter or not to speak quite fluently in the beginning  you are going to make alot of mistakes , I still do !
