the insomina problem!!

it's a big problem , when you have to sleep BUT you can't sleep! insomina is a disease for some people.. let's share our experience with insomina and how can we overcome it.

wow , guys you don't know how happy I am to find this question and read your comments. It makes me feel better really, like am NOT alone lol. Am pleased to join this "insomnia" club guys ! lmfao

 

Hmmm, the one talking to you now has been suffering from insomnia for over a month now. I've been on medication for almost 2 weeks now, and I feel like am an experimental rat for the Dr ! :( sad. I used to not sleep day or night for 3 days, then I collapse and just rush to any neurologist to make me sleep. Lately I've been following with a someone specialised in neurology and psychology at the same time ! The Dr. prescriped my state as "sharp intenstion" led to insomnia.

My question is, do u guys think should I go for a neurologist or psychologist ?

I've been able to sleep with the medication he prescriped so far,

BTW , am on ffff pills right now LOL

You don't need to take any kind of medicine. I know 2 solutions. The First one, práctice any sport at night: yoga, swimming, basquetball or go to the gym. When you come back at home, you will want to sleep because you'll be tired.

Second option, when you cannot sleep, don't stay on your bed. Clean you bedroom or your house. It doesn't matter the hour. Just do it!
