What's your favorite food from your country?

My favorite are Arepas is a common side dish in Venezuela. Arepas are made of corn flour, water and salt and are either fried or baked. In Venezuela Arepa is usually served instead of bread with meals, and are commonly topped with chicken, ham or jam.

ı love lahmacun..ıt is a traditional turkish food and especially famous in the Southern and Eastern parts of turkey where it's traditionally eaten with salad and lots of red hot pepper flakes.although lahmacun may look somewhat similar to italian pizza (and is referred to as Turkish pizza outside of turkey), their tastes are completely different. lahmacun is spicy, the dough is very thin, there is no cheese and it's main ingredient is the ground meat.

I know this is pretty unrelated, but I just had to share this. I'm from Singapore and I'd just been to Thailand a week ago. The best thing I had there, oddly, was the mentai-cheese gyoza! (from Japan) It is from a basement restaurant in Siam Paragon. I still salivate from the thought of it.
