If you are up for a hike then you can go to Mount Takao. You can get there by riding the trains in Tokyo. Go all the way out to the Takaosanguchi stop and when you walk off the train you will be on the trail. The top of the mountain has a beautiful view. Also there is a good little place for lunch at the top if you would want to eat there.
