Dorothy

That's weird. This discussion seems to have evaporated from the discussions section.

I'll add this to see if it shows up again.

I'm getting messages from people who are not native Spanish speakers.

For now, this group is for native Spanish speakers who want to practice their English. That way everyone will make similar mistakes and if I correct one person it could be useful to others in the group as well. This is especially true with pronunciation difficulties that almost all Spanish speakers have in common. I also know a bit of Spanish so if someone asks me "¿Como say dice _____ en inglés?" there's a good likelihood I will know or easily be able to find out. In other languages I couldn't do that.

If the group becomes open to learners of Spanish as well as native speakers of Spanish in the future I will post that here.

For now... only native Spanish speakers please.

Thanks.

Thanks Cristina. So far so good. I have a nice group forming of folks to meet of both those that I have chatted with by typing to in the past and brand new folks. I'm sure it's going to be fun.

Do a lot of Japanese speakers want to learn Spanish?
