What are the most extreme temperatures you have ever known ?

Hi ! :)

First, is my title correct ?

It's getting very hot here in Paris, and I was wondering : What are the most extreme temperatures you have ever known ? (Lowest or highest or both of them :) )

The highest was 45C in Doha/Qatar, and the lowest was -11C in Amman/Jordan.

What about you Gilles? :) What are the highest and lowest temperatures you have ever experienced so far?

The title is ok.  You may wish you use the word "experienced" instead of "known".

Wow that is some EXTREME temperatures.

Well, I've never experienced such temperatures, I think the hottest I've ever known was around 42°C in Cairo and just -11°C in the French Alps. :)

And by the way the hottest temperature ever recorded in the world was in 1913 in Furnace Creek, CA with 56,7°C and the lowest was recorded by the Vostok Station in Antartica with -89,2°C.
