Does anyone had ouzo or raki before?

Hello Miki.

I am Greek and I have tasted both, but I realy do not find anything special about them to be honest.

People in Greece have these two mostly in the summer and usualy in sea food taverns with assorted appetizers.  I would go as far as to say that in Greece most people do not have these without appetizers.

Ouzo is Greek and Raki is Turkish.

There is a lot of info on Wikipedia about these two if one want to find out more.

Do they sell these in China, how easy is to find them ?

Rakı is an anise-flavored, distilled liqueur from Turkey. It is clear when poured, but when mixed with water becomes a cloudy white color (giving it the nickname "lion's milk"). It is often served with appetizers ("meze"), and makes a good complement to fish dishes. I have never had ouzo, but my understanding that it is only slightly different from rakı. I have also had a similar French liqueur called anisette, but anisette is sweet while rakı is not.

I don't drink alcohol, so I cannot answer your question.

But I can make a suggestion about your English.
