as to me, i think some video in which people speak slow and standard will suit you.

May be you can try to watch "animal's world"(动物世界）（赵忠祥 Mr Zhao's voice and pronunciation are very good)  or"nature and human"(人与之然）.

In CCTV-4 Chinese International Channel， you can find chinese-enlish subtitle for most videos.

Well, currently, I just cant find any good Chinese TV show cos I seldom watch them. But heard from my friend, 甄嬛传（zhen huan zhuan) is recommended, haha. It's about bitches fighting for powers in ancinet China in Qing dynasty. Hope it fit your taste!!

It depends on your level. You can watch some TV shows  if you can follow dialogs.
