من غير ان تذهب
it means "without going"

مثال :
تقدّم له هديّة من غير أن تقدّمها
To give him a gift without giving it

ماذا عن لو تكتب جملة كاملة افضل ! فربما المعنى يختلف باختلاف الجمل 

"ليس لدى خيار غير ان اذهب" I don't have a choice but to go  هنا غير ان تاتى بمعنى but to 

"هو لم يفعل شيئا طوال اليوم غير انه كان نائما" لديها نفس المعنى
