I built this pattern. Is it wrong?

plural
nom -ы/-и -и -ии
gen no ending -ь -ий
dat -ам -ям -иям
acc -ы/no ending -и/-ь -ии/-ий
ins -ами -ями -иями
pre -ах -ях -иях
masculine (with some exceptions) and neuter nouns don't follow this declension, at least this is what I understood.
