Yesterday I learnt some idioms.

2. She has a heart of gold.
3. He has a good head on his shoulders.
4.She has her hands full.
5. He has eyes in the back of his head.
6.She has a big mouth.
7.He has a green thumb.
8. She has her head in the clouds.

As a primary school teacher, #5 is true for me.
So is #1, I love desserts!
Regarding #7, I've never heard that one before, but if someone "is green-fingered" it means that they enjoy and are good at gardening.
@Micah: Here in Northern Ireland we also use the bun in the oven expression! I'm pretty sure it's used throughout the UK.
for me number 5 wich is(He has eyes in the back of his head.)my friends called me with it yesterday when we were playing football and i was the goal keeper when i was talking to my friend out side and sudenlly our competitioner shot the ball and i got it succesfully .it was amazing they said and so they said yhis idiom. :-)

I learned an idiom in New Zealand which they use to say that a woman is pregnant: "She has a bun in the oven." I always thought that was a funny one.
I 'm just crazy about all of the idioms you wrote but 1 and 2 just show who I used to be when I was a kid. LOL
I've got my hands full but I've got a good head on my shoulders ;)
