if you want a someone to help you with English, better prepare there are will be different kind of people and manny possibilities.I think maybe you can spend sometime on thinking exactly what kind of help you want (conversatoins ? writng ? what level of exam ? ), and in what way (topics,etc.). my suugestion is not go to skype at the first time but try to chat for a while to knoe people better. some people will never really on the skype which will be wast your time, some are just hunting while spreading their skype acounts.
