Khaled there are many Professional Teachers and Tutors here to help you.  I am still seeking paying students; however, there are many resourceful people within Italki to help at no cost other than participation. 

I would like to suggest that you look through the profiles to find a teacher for pay/hire.  If you prefer a different type of teacher, I would like to further suggest that you try to be as specific as possible with regard to what you need help with.
