Leyla... "you said it" is an expression that means "I agree with what you said".

It is used to express the feeling that someone's words are true or appropriate.

It is an informal expression usually spoken (not written), e.g., 

The boss is making us work too much. (I agree with what you said, so I say "you said it" = you said what I was thinking, so I agree with you.)

 

So, Spangola agrees with what you wrote... he agrees with your comment.
