I think it's nonsense if you already used that kind of profile picture, but you still don't get any invitation or no one wants to receive your polite invitation for english partner here. :D

Your thread reminds me to Royal's thread about "Girl vs Boy - looking for language partner". I wonder if a guy wrote exactly the same like you said here. I'm quitely sure, he wouldn't get any attention as much as yours.

Here are a few suggestions:

1) Write a question on italki.

2) Write a short (5-7 sentences) in a Notebook

3) Read the lyrics (words in a song) for the song called "Lonely People" by a band called America:

I know the feeling. But I also want you to remeber that.

And about the English part, Just ask anyone to talk to you. I know the hazzle but once you can speak with someone and improve I promis you that it will be great and (Hopefully) they will not leave you to be alone.
