3番のほうがいいです。あるいは、「すみませんが、,道を教えていただけませんか。」、「そちらへはどう(やって)いけばげいいですか。」などを使っいてもいいんです。

道を聞く時はそれをいうことがだいじょうぶですか？他のいいかたがあいますか。

When you are asking directions, are these three phrases alright?

--> 道を聞きたい時、これらの3つの文章を使っても良いですか。

Are there other ways that you would ask for directions in japaese?

--> 日本語で道を聞く時に、ほかの言い方がありますか。

I would say:

道を聞きたい時、どのように言えばいいですか / 日本語ではどのように聞いたら良いですか。。

1) すみません、道をきいてもいいですか。--> OK

2）みちをうかがいますか。--> incorrect (道を伺ってもいいですか。)
3) すみません，Xはどこですか。--> OK

There are a lot of ways of asking depending on the formarity and combination. In general, using the normal formal way would be better for you. (

One of:

すみません。聞いてもいいですか。

すみません。聞きたいのですが、

すみません。道をおしえてください。

Then one of them:

…はどこですか。

…へは(e wa)どうやって行ったらいいですか。

If you want to know more polite way, please let me know. However, in my opinion, using normal formal way is better that using more polite way with mistakes. I hope this was helpful.
