Composition: Morning Jog
Sunshine peeked in my window, and I knew it was time to jog! I threw on my sneakers and headed outside. The air felt cool and fresh as I started running. My legs pumped back and forth, and I could feel my heart beating faster. It felt good to get my body moving.
After a while, I started to sweat a little, but that was okay. I knew I was getting a good workout. I finished my jog feeling energized and ready for the day! Maybe tomorrow I can run a little farther.
