Ugh, gray skies today, just like my mood! Mom's been complaining to Dad about a leak in the wall on our balcony. Water's been seeping out of the corner, and there's even mold growing expansively. We figured it must be a pipe leaking inside the wall behind the faucet. Dad even prepped the tools – a huge drill, hammer, the works – ready to open it up.
But guess what? This morning, the spot, the puddle and little streams around had completely dried up. What the heck? How can a leak just stop leaking on its own? We can't just smash open the wall on a hunch, right?
Maybe it's a one-time thing due to the rain hopefully. We'll have to figure out what's going on before we take any action.
