i want to have some idea about topic: what do you do to motivate your students in learning English? and give specific examples.

For myself, I try to learn things that I would actually want to say/talk about. You could have them write out a dialog about a topic that interests them and then have them translate it to English with an AI translator. Then have them study the dialog in English and then attempt to carry out that conversation without referring to the transcript. It's helpful for retaining vocabulary and learning sentence structures. Eventually you can build up phrases, vocabulary, and sentence fragments to spontaneously form new complex sentences. In the beginning, you can encourage 'rambling' to get them comfortable with speaking/not overthinking. Over time they can refine their grammar once they have built up some mental machinery for speaking in the language. Or, that's my preferred method. Good luck!

I try to make the lesson fun in a relaxed atmosphere. Laughter relaxes a student therefore helping them to enjoy the grind of learning.
