nuqneH.
tlhIngan jIH ghojwl'. wIj pong 'oH Ellie. QaH oH taH.
Roughly translated, it means
"what do you want. learner of I of Klingon. Ellie of it of name of farm. (it) endures (?) (it) help (it)"
First of all, "nuqneH" is a response, not a greeting. When go approach someone, you don't say what do you want, they don't necsesarily want anything.
"tlhIngan jIH ghojwl'" should be "tlhIngan Hol ghojwl' jIH" to mean "I am a learner of the klingon language"
"wIj pong 'oH Ellie" should be "ellI pongwIj" to mean "my name is Ellie"
"QaH oH taH" should be something like "taHmeH QaH vIneH" to mean something like "I need help in order to endure"
Altogether, in what i think is proper klingon,
"tlhIngan Hol ghojwl' jIH. ellI pongwIj. taHmeH QaH vIneH."
A good effort, but klingon has wildly different grammar. http://mughom.wizage.net/ has a good overview of all of it. I had to reference some of it to correct you.
