Sziasztok is the plural form of szia. As you wrote it on a public forum, you address who knows how many people, so it's better to use the plural. When talking or writing to only one person, szia is the correct form.

Chanipher vagyok. Thaiföldről jöttem.
Grammatically correct, but you can use this only if you have left Thailand and came here, because 'jöttem' means I came. If you want to say 'I'm from Thailand', then 'thaiföldi vagyok' is better. 'I live in Thailand' would be "Thaiföldön élek'.
