Chinese Language in Chinese

I know I should have written these ini the "Questions/Answers" section. But I really can't use virtual Chinese keyboards, so I had to try and draw the faollowing Chinese symbols, in order to ask this question.
So... my questions is: what is the difference between these two symbols? I have found their respective meanings to be the same: "chinese language". Is that so??
If they do both mean "Chinese language", when should I use each one??

Thank you very much for your help!!
