Everyone Is Out
Nobody is at home at the Wangs’ house. Mr. Wang is working at his office. Mrs. Wang is shopping at the supermarket and going to the grocery store. Tony is sitting on a bus. He is going to the school. There are several foreign students in his class. They are from different country. For instance, John is from the United States. Laura is Spanish. She is from Spain. Chen is Chinese, however, he is not from China. He is from Malaysia. He is overseas Chinese. He speaks Chinese very well. He has a good temper. They are from different country, but they all get along well. Tina likes listen to music. She is on her way to the music hall. Their dog Rovers is running around the neighborhood. It’s chasing the cat. The cat is running for its life. Mrs.Lee is batting some mice in her kitchen. There is a mouse on the kitchen’s table. There is a mouse behind the stove. There are mice next to the refrigerator, under the sink and inside cupboard. Why isn’t Mrs.Lee’s cat catching the mice? Because it’s on a tree. It’s staring at Rover with fear and shaking like a leaf.
