Farsi present continuous tense

I just constructed a few present continuous sentences, and I wonder whether they are grammatically correct:

دو نامه را دارم دريافت مى كنم
I am receiving two letters
برق را دارم روشن مى كنم
I am turning on the electricity
مطالعاتم را دارم شروع مى كنم
I am beginning my studies
از كارم دارم استفا(استعفا) مى دهم
I am resigning from my job

Never mind whether it makes much sense to use present continuous here, I only made up these sentences for practice

all of them are correct but in everyday speaking we usually use ( دارم) at first:

دارم دو نامه را دریافت می کنم

دارم مطالعاتم را شروع می کنم

دارم برق را روشن می کنم

دارم از کارم استعفا میدهم
