This license has been conferred according to law No.1 14 for year 2000 concerning the Central Bank of Yemen and law No. 38 for the year 1998 concerning banks and law No.20 for the year 1995 concerning organization of Exchange business in the Republic of Yemen , as amended ,as well as per the approval of the central bank governor on 14 February 2012.
The company having the license should abide by the terms of the law as well as the resolutions issued by the Central Bank of Yemen accurately and reporting any modifications in a timely manner to the central banl based on which this license has been issued .
