    我是德国人和我现在住在旧金山 (我现在住在旧金山。)
我要在德国九月一号 (九月一号我在德国。what you mean is that you will go back in German in 1th,september,right?It seems you may think that when you speak in Engnish you always say"I am Jeremy and I am 24 now" and "I am Germany and now I live in San Francisco "...but in Chinese,we willnot use the word"和" which means "and" in this way.So you should delete the "和" inorder  to make it more perfect~)

    我叫 Jeremy 和我是二十四歲。我是德国人和我现在住在旧金山

我叫Jeremy,今年二十四岁。If you want to say something about the same subject, you don't have to repete it twice or even more times, what you have to do is just using it once and using "," among several clauses. For example: 我叫Jeremy,今年二十四岁,是德国人。现在,我住在旧金山。 Because Chinese people think mostly we shouldn't use more than three clauses in one whole sentence, so we can choose one part from those 4 parts and make it a whole sentence. The last part includes a word that describes time, so we can separate it from others. Furtheremore, most of time we should put word about time at the beginning of the sentence.

    我要在德国九月一号

九月一号,我将会去德国。We should put "time" at the beginning of the sentence. Moreover, it is something would happen in future, so you should use 将会 which means "will".

Your name sounds like 杰瑞米, and if you try to translate it into Chinese, translator would show you this as well. But I think if you want a Chinese name which follows Chinese rules, maybe it should be "捷瑞米",cause"捷" is a Chinese family name. Or you don't have to follow the pronounciation. Just ask a Chinese friend who knows you well for a Chinese name. Good luck :)
