در حال... هستم= i am ...ing

i am eating my lunch=دارم ناهارم رو ميخورم=در حال خوردن ناهارم هستم

i am not eating my lunch now = الان در حال خوردن ناهارم نيستم

This shopkeeper sells a lot of trousers
من دارم به مغازه مى روم
I am going to the shop
من دارم تلويزيون تماشا نمى كنم
I am not watching TV

The word "Trousers" is always plural in English like scissors, glasses,.. but in Persian we use the plural form when referring to more than one pair of trousers.

In negative present continuous tense we don't use "دارم - داری - ...."
