This means that if you fogot about your friend who had been with you.
I suppose that you are trying to say :
たとえ仲間と一緒に生活した日々の事を忘れたとしても、or
たとえ仲間と一緒に過ごした日々の事を忘れたとしても、
「この深く魂の中の絆」という表現を初めて聞きましたが、なかなかいいですね。
It is my first time to hear this phrase. I like the expression.
