Spelling of “I eat”

می‌خورم

In hand writing there is no much space bewteen می and خورم, so it not like two separate word. Also these two parts have to remain in same line(I mean they could not break in two lines)

Unfortunately there is not good support for inserting 'ZERO WIDTH NO-BREAK SPACE' character, so people dont bother typeing می خورم with that character.

IMHO, both forms are correct, at least both forms are used commonly. At least I can say with confident no body would blame you if you write میخورم ;)

I wonder about the spelling of “I eat”

Is only this spelling correct?

ميخورم
Or maybe this spelling too?

 نگارش یا نوشتن "می خورم" در فارسی درسته نه "میخورم" چون " می" پیشوند فعل و نشانه ی ماضی استمراری و مضارع اخباری هست و برخلاف پیشوندهای دیگر فعل مثل "ب و ن " به فعل نمی چسبه .

مثل 

می نویسم ، می خوانم ، می بینم ،می روم
