Or you would say: Ik denk dat Vincent van Gogh de beste schilder is. I mean you know what you think. I think, Ik denk, expresses an uncertainty or an opinion, when it does not express a literal thought.)

Elk weekend ga ik naar de het museum en bekijk zijn schilderijen. i lke I hou van de sterrenhemel, de postbode, de zonnebloemen.

If a word is a combination of two words, like sun flower. we write it as one word, without a space between it, like the Germans. So you do not translate sun flower by translating sun putting a space and then translating flower. Also for example sun shine, is zonneschijn.
