The bottleneck of my work

I was happy and full of energy since the first day I began my job, but all the things seemed changed recently. Everything does not go well, I am busy : phone rings one by one ,fax files superposition high, many e-mails need to write back…... you will never image what a situation that is, I am . Worst of all , I quarreled with my colleague and wept heavily yesterday……
