Iran's Nuclear case

I just read an article from Foreign Affairs called Why Iran Should Get the Bomb.I bought this magizine because it annouced that other publications give you facts,Foreign Affairs gives you knowledge.
It says if Iran gets the nuclear capacity,it can break the imbalance of Isreali's monopoly on nuclear in that region therefore leading to a more stable Middle East.It is reasonable to believe that Iran would take the whole control of its arsenal and will never ever transfer its nuclear weapon to terrorist groups.A country can never entirely control or even predict the behavior of the terrorist group they sponsor,so Iran don't have to take the risk.Any country who wants to aspire nuclear capacity they seek more for security but not a massive war to show off its nuclear power. What they want is just the power of nuclear deterrence.Looking back to India and Pakistan case, they keep relatively peaceful since they signed the treaty of not attacking each other's nuclear facilities.I think that might be ture.Countries would be more careful if they are going to set a war in that area.
But the assertions such as"so the United States and its allies need not to take such pain to prevent Iran from developing a nuclear weapon" and'it would be a grave error to for policymakers in the United States and Isreal to assume Iranian regime as inately irrational' are very childish, kind like a scholar's unrealistic illusion.U.S. interfere other country for their global strategy. It goes against some countries by its own reason but often announce in another reason. It is not U.S. that make really wrong assumption, but it want other countries follow its assumption leading to a atmosphere in favor of its action.Isreal as U.S. ally and the only nation believed having nuclear weapon in the Middle East, the U.S don't want it to face a Iran with nuclear weapon which can drag the region to a balance states.
And even if everyone believes nuclear weapon can slightly keep the balance,we can't say we recommend all the country own it.On the contrary,we'd better keep as less countries as possible to have it.It's a dangerous thing indeed. But I guess if China doesn't have nuclear weapon and the government wants one,I'm gonna think we should have one.It can improve the status of one country.Sure,I don't go against Iran to have one.But I also think a country has to suffer a lot depression if it want ro develop nuclear capacity and most of them would fail halfway.
I just want to write a reading note.

But the assertions such as "so the United States and its allies need not to take such pain to prevent Iran from developing a nuclear weapon" and "it would be a grave error to for policymakers in the United States and Isreal Israel to assume consider the Iranian regime as innately irrational" are very childish, kind of like a scholar's unrealistic illusion. The U.S. interferes with other country countries for their its own global strategy. It is not the U.S. that makes really wrong assumptions, but it wants other countries to follow its assumptions, leading to an atmosphere in favor of its action. Isreal Israel as is U.S. ally and the only nation believed having nuclear weapons in the Middle East, and the U.S don't want it to face an Iran with nuclear weapons, which can could drag the region into a balanced states state

And even if everyone believes believed nuclear weapons can could slightly keep the balance, we can't say we recommend all the country countries own it have them. What they want is just the power of nuclear deterrence. Looking back to the India and Pakistan case, they keep have remained relatively peaceful since they signed the treaty of promising not attacking to attack each other's nuclear facilities. I think that might be ture true. Countries would be more careful if they are going to set risked starting a war in that area.
