speak english as native is my target

My goal is to speak English as well as a native English speaker.

I am learning English because I live in a country where the most common spoken language is English.

Notice that only the "am learning" is "progressive". 

Speaking English like a native is my target goal.

I am learning English, because I am living in a country where English is the first language that is spoken.
