ते काय आहे ?
ती पेन्यिल आहे.
ती पेन्यिल नाहे का ?
हो, ती पेन्यिल आहे.
नाही, ती पेन्यिल नाही. ते पेन आहे.
ती पेन्यिल कशी आहे ?
ती पेन्यिल खूप चांगली आहे.

It is पेंसिल  not पेन्यिल 

Otherwise the pronunciation is correct.
