Mei Hindi parhna hu kyuka mei Bharat ke bare liye accha hai.

Main Hindi padhta huun, kyunki main sochta huun ki Bharat acche desh hain.

Mera bhapa Angrez hai. Mei America se hu.  Meri Bhashi Angrezi hain, aur main America se huun.

Mei film accha lagta hu. Mujhe filmen acchi lagti hain. 

Main + ko = Mujhe

The subject in prefrence sentences is in the Dative case; meaning it occurs with the post-position 'ko'.  Main transforms into Mujhe when it occurs with this post-position. Its formation coming from the union of main and ko. When this occurs the post-position blocks agreement with the verb, thus forcing it to seek agreement with the next available noun unmarked by a post-position. In this sentence, Filmen would be that next appropriate noun.

Mera bhapa Meri bhasha Angrezi hai. Mei America se hu.

Mujhe film acche lagte hain.

Main Hindi parhna/seekhna chahta hun kyunki main Bharat ke baare mein aur jaanna chahta hun. (not sure what you are trying to say here, I translated as "I want to know more about India.)

Meri bhaasha Angrezi hai. Main America se hun.

Mujhe filmen achchhi lagti hain.
