I finished 3 the third level of English courses 3 weeks ago. I am glad that I went on this course. I learned a lot of new rules of English. I learned many new words. But I still speak English badly, because we can not often speak English. I hope that when I finish one more level of learning English, I'll be more confidently to speak English :)
