Kaitlyn vagyok, 26 éves. Szeretem a bort. (do you mean wine? wine is 'bor' and shop is 'bolt', so if you like shops, then 'Szeretem a boltokat' is correct ;~)

Most means 'now'. 'Well' is 'nos' but we don't use it as often as you use 'well' in English.
