Ekk, just a warning. It is very unusual to see this term used in the US unless it is referring to sex. So, its a good word to know but I would be careful using it until you have a better grasp of the intricacies of communicating in English. Someone may think you are a pervert.

Revulsion is a strong feeling of disgust or horror 
Indignation is a feeling of anger and surprise caused by something that you think is unfair or unreasonable

A fists means a hand when it is tightly closed with the fingers bent into the palm.
To clinch means to succeed in achieving or winning something OR to provide the answer to something; to settle something that was not certain
Perspiration is drops of liquid that form on your skin when you are hot, or drops on your skin when you are sweating

A dandelion is a small wild plant with a bright yellow flower that becomes a soft white ball of seeds called a dandelion (search this word on Google image.)
Vinegar is a liquid with a sour taste made from wine or apples, used to add flavor to food or to preserve it (again, search this word on Google image.)
Innocuous means not intended to offend or upset anymore, not harmful or dangerous
A tandem is a bicycle for two riders, one behind the other.
sacred (/ˈseɪkrəd/) means connected with God or a god; considered to be holy.

A worrywart is a person who worries about unimportant things
A cabbage is a round vegetable with large green, purple-red, or white leaves that can be eaten raw or cooked (search this word on Google image.)
Irreparable means to be too bad or too serious to repair or put right 
Malnourishment *****
Nourish means to keep a person, an animal, or a plant alive and healthy with food, etc.
A hospital gown is clothing that a patient wears.
