저는 비디오는 잘 모르겠습니다.

하지만 노래는 알겠네요. 꽤 오래된 노래라서 압니다.  이 노래는 리메이크된 곡이네요.

원곡은 양하영(예전에는 강영철과 듀엣 '한마음'으로 활동 , 지금은 혼자 활동)의 '가슴앓이'라는 노래입니다.

It's just the story of first love with back-ground of Korea controlled by a dictator, called President Park Chung-hee. In the music video, There is no meaning of history.

A actress (문근영) likes a main actor(권상우). She grew up in affluent family background and Her's father is a secret service man. When main actor(권상우) was trouble in situation by fighting groups who tried to evict residents for redevelopment, She helped him through his fater's authority. Because She loved him very much and It was first love of her in the music video.

But He was died by a member of group because A leader of group removed some people who are against renewing area. 

Hope it's working for you to understand it. That video was made 2001. It's a old video but I like it such as old korean songs with stories.
