First notebook entry: Introducing myself

Me gustaría aprender el español porque me parece una lengua mucho muy bonita y caliente, me encantan las canciones en español y los diálogos.

mucho = a lot of + noun

muy = very + adjective or adverb

caliente: this is normally not an adjective for a language, but well, you can use it...

Maybe it would be better; "está de moda" or "expresiva" or "sensual", depending on what you mean exactly.

Me gusta/Me encanta + singular o verbo

Me gustan/Me encantan + plural
