Yesterday my "twitter" page was hacked. Without my knowledge (1), 10 tweets including a link to a website were posted (2). Fortunately the website wasn't racist, homophobic or pornographic, but just a new method to lose weight... I didn't know Twitter could be hacked so easily.

(1/2) you say the page was hacked, so although gramatically correct this is more appropriate.

(3) it was unclear - are you talking about a. the tweets b. the website or c all of it?

a. they weren't ...

b. it replaced by the website

c. it wasn't should be replaced by they weren't
