我会说中文， 但是他们重视总是说得太快了。

我的太呢 天哪。。。。。现在我是老板， 在澳大利亚公司， 在青岛。

我说中文跟我的同事们， 但是他们说太快了， 他们而且说山东华话，

然后我说话， ：＂请问一下不好意思， 你可以说慢慢点儿吗？ 情请重复一下'。 ＂ 

然后他们说， 太得很慢了。。。。（可是，）我还是听不懂。

I think I am finding I am very bad with tones?? And can't seem to know what they mean , when they reply...unless they use the very simple words that I know...!

然后他们说得很慢。。。。可是，我还是听不懂。

然后他们说的很慢。。。。（可）我还听不懂。

然后我说话， ＂请问一下， （ If you want to say "excuse me" in English? If you do, "excese me" can be translated " 不好意思" in Chinese.)你可以说慢慢点儿， 情重复一下'。 ＂ （然后我说：“ 不好意思，你可以说慢一点，请重复一下。”

然后他们说， 太慢了。。。。我还听不懂。 （ 然后他们说得很慢，但是我还听不懂。）

there are a problem with your tone, but I think your colleagues always said dialect, maybe it is another reason.
