Speak English

I'd like to improve my English writing and speaking but it's difficult to find someone who doesn't have a big time difference with me. In class, I try to do my best but that's not sufficient. I think a better way to practice a (foreign) language is to live in the country where it is spoken. However that seems impossible!!  So if someone wants to speak with me on Skype that would be great! :)

I think that it would be easier to learn a language if one was able to live in the country where the people speak the language that he/she is trying to learn. However it seems impossible !!
