あまりリスクをとりすぎるかな

落ち着かない感じです。私はぼやく人間じゃないけど。だから長い間話をしないつもり。I'm feeling restless. I'm not a complainer. So, I'll keep it short.

ギリギリになってお母さんの家に私の仕事用の電話を設置することが、気にかかっていた。けれど、インターネットのプロバイダと話して新しいモデムを買ったら、成功した！
At the last minute,I was worried about setting up my work phone at my mom's house. But, after talking to the internet service provider and buying a new modem, it was a success!

妹は「直感で行動しすぎる。」と言っている(日本の語句はなに？）妹はリスクをとる人じゃない。私は(you need to indicate the subject to show the contrast.)リスクをとるのが好きだけど時々リスクをとりすぎるかな。
My sister says, "You are flying by the seat of your pants." (I don't know the Japanese phrase). She's not a risk-taker. I like taking risks, but sometimes, I wonder if I take too many.

It seems that risk-takers are somewhat praised in certain situtations in the U.S. 

I would say Japan is a rather risk-averse society.

最後の一分でまでお母さんの家に私の仕事用の電話を構えるのがうまくセッティング出来るか心配しただった。けれど、インターネットのプロバイダー（のサポートセンター）に話す相談した後、新しいモデムを買って成功だった（最終的）にうまくいった！

最後の一分でぎりぎりになって（/土壇場どたんばになって）お母さんの家に仕事の電話を構えるの設置したことが心配しになった。けれど、インターネットのプロバイダ会社に話すした後で、新しいモデムを買って成功だった（/買っておいたことが功こうを奏そうした）！妹は「あなた、ズボンの席で飛んでいる、計器に頼らずに。（勘かんだけに頼たよってるわ）。」と言っている(日本の語句はなに？）妹はリスクをとる人じゃない。私はリスクをとるのが好きだけど、時々（/たまに）リスクをとりすぎるところがあるかな。

落ち着かない感じ。ぼやくのは好きじゃないから、話を短くするわね。母の家に設置した仕事用の電話のことが土壇場になって心配になったの。でも、インターネットサービスプロバイダー会社と話した後に新しいモデムを買っておいたことが功を奏したわ（/幸いだったわ）。妹は「お姉ちゃんは勘に頼ってばっかり。」って言うの。（日本語でどう言うのか分からない）妹はリスクを取りたがらない。私はリスクを取るのが好きだけど、たまにね、取りすぎてるかなって思うの。
