You really shouldn't have.

The phrase has two meanings, depending on the context and tone of voice.

1.   It is a formula for expressing gratitude.  You do me a favor.  I tell you, "You really shouldn't have." (= "You really shouldn't have gone to the trouble.")  My words serve to underline your kindness.  This corresponds to your sentence, "Вам не стоило об этом беспокоится."

2.   Literally, the phrase can be a reproach (упрёк).   Patient:  "Doctor, my stomach hurts very much.  I ate a whole pizza for lunch."  Doctor:  "You really shouldn't have."  (= "You really shouldn't have eaten a whole pizza."  "Вы не должны были бы съесть целую пиццу.")
