I am learning English . because i would like to go Australia in March.
But my english is bad.
So i must Continuous learning.
Also hope to have the opportunity to be able to know you.

So i must continue to learn. 
Also I hope to have the opportunity to get to know you.

A better way to say this: 

I am learning English because I would like to go to Australia in March, however, my English is (poor/ not so good/ bad )so i must continue to study! 

I also hope to make new friends.
