First Daily Tale

Today, I would talk about my job, specifically, my typical meeting with a English-speaking language people.(per prima cosa) For first thing First, I work in Rome, in Viale Trastevere where there are many English institute schools such as which The American University of Rome and John Cabot University. Ever more frequently, in the real estate company where I work, come some English students come because that they need a rent for study. I know that I don't speak English very well, (riesco a farmi capire da loro) but I manage to (manage/can/be able to?) make me myself understood by them, and I'm very happy when happens!

Sometimes, when I show them some apartments, I would want to speak with they them for many time a long time, but the difficulties that I have with the language stop me to from approaching the conversation more confidently.

So, I hope to find here some people here for to help me improve my English and my (security?) confidence for the next time that I will meet an English-speaking people person.

I am not sure what to do with "a rent for study." In the US, a rented apartment may be called a "rental".  There is a type of apartment called a "studio." It has one room including a kitchen and is often rented by students because it is inexpensive. If you mean a rented one-room appartment, the correct phrase could be "studio rental."

You are doing very well, it is easy to understand what you are trying to say.  You are certainly doing better in English than I am in Italian.
