My first Hebrew courses

I am sharing with you my first Hebrew lesson which was an example of a conversation between two friends, Eran and Liat introducing themselves to each other.

Eran: sha-lom (Hello)

Liat: sha-lom (Hello)

Eran: ma shmech? (What is your name)

Liat: Li-at (Liat)
ma shim cha? (What is your name)

Eran: E-ran (Eran)

Liat: le-hit-ra-ot Eran (See you Eran)
yom nif-la! (Have a wonderful day!)

Eran: to-da (Thanks)
le-hit-ra-ot Liat (See you Liat)
yom nif-la! (Have a wonderful day!)

NOTE:-

shalom = hello
ma = what is
shmech = your name (when addressing a female)
shimcha = your name (when addressing a male)
toda = thanks
le-hitra-ot = see you
yom = a day
nifla = wonderful
