Discrimination

Before going to work,  I had only heard of racial discrimination in America.

  After entering the work force however,  I  was able to see that China also  has discrimination of all kinds, such as Age Discrimination and Appearance Discrimination.      For example,   some companies fire  or dismiss staff according to personal appearance or age.  

    Moreover,  some  companies promote staff according to appearance or youth.

They do not care whether you are hard–working  or competent.

I do not know whether foreigners in China feel the same way about me.

Do they possibly think that I am a person who should be dismissed, ignored, or passed over by the world, for the reason of my age or appearance?

(Good subject,  that can benefit from  more research, etc.)

Before going to working, I only knew of America's racial discrimination. Afterwards, I After much experience working in my company (or "in a Chinese company"), went to work,as the growth of the age and the increase of the experience, I felt that China has also has discrimination. I found out that China has all kinds of discrimination–age discrimination, appearance discrimination, etc...Some of commpanies fire staff according to their appearance or age. What's even more, some of companies promote staff according to their appearance. They do not care whether you are hard–working or and competent.these This sounds unbelievable amazing, but it is true. I do not know if whether foreigners in China feel the same way as about me.
